What will the money be used for?
What is the money for ?
You need to understand that that kind of movie should cost around 80 000 euros, because it's a musical movie, with dialogues, and this movie need 2d and 3d animation technics. Renting a studio and hiring people like 2D and 3d artists, dubbing artists, composer and musicians, that costs a lot of money !
We already saved more than 70 000 euros, partially with the help from Boko Anana, but not only :
First : We found a studio who wanted to help us by sharing local and tools (like computers and softwares).
Next :The directors have already done a huge amount of work by doing preproduction on their own, and they 'll continue by doing 2D animation and compositing.
Last : Some people who are enthusiastic about the project are helping us for free.
But it won't be enough and we need your help to hire 3D and sound artists !
Despite everything we have already put in the project, without 7500 euros the movie won't be done.
Making the movie 'll be hard, and we'll have to ask for our team's generosity.
We'll certainly have to make sacrifices (ouch !!), like making the music with electronic instruments.
You need to know that we, directors, won't earn anything on the project.
We prefer to sacrifice ourselves for our team to bring Boko Anana to life !!
If by any chance we earn more money from the crowdfunding, we 'll have more time to polish the movie and to reach the expected quality. We'll be able to record the music in studio conditions with a real orchestra. We'll also be able to subtitle the movie (this time with the help from a real english translator).Everybody (except the directors) 'll be paid at a just rate.
By helping us, you give yourself the opportunity to have your name on the generic, you can earn a collector bowl, original drawings, the art of "Boko Anana", the DVD with bonuses and making of, HD downloading link , figurines, master classes ....
